Newlyweds Rubina Dilaik and Abhinav Shukla are back in Mumbai! Here’s how they were welcomed at new home
The couple Rubina Dilaik and Abhinav Shukla who lately tied the knot in Shimla are back to their city Mumbai. After spending a quality time with friends and family in Shimla and then hosting a reception in Ludhiana, the lovebirds are now back to business. They were welcomed with Indian traditional Grih Pravesh rituals by their friend Gautam Hegde’s mother. Rubina and Abhinav will now be living in their new home together.
Sharing a candid picture from the Grih Pravesh, Rubina Dilaik wrote, “After all the rituals and Functions, we head To Mumbai (in our new home) ........ as we are committed to our work , we chose to get back....
And after a week of unforgettable memories and celebrations...... with friends and Family around, (deep down) i didn’t want to step in my new world without “Being Welcomed and blessed”... and here’s what happened. my secret desire was fulfilled by ‘sensitively’ thoughtful @hegdeg as Aai (his amazingly graceful maa) did my Greh-Pravesh.... what a heart warming moment it was for us @ashukla09 .......... (one of the Best surprises).”
Rubina and Abhinav will be throwing a lavish reception party at Kishore Kumar’s bungalow in Mumbai tofay. Also, they have resume their respective works which suggest that there’s no honeymoon for the couple as for now.

Speaking to a leading entertainment portal, Rubina said, “There’s no honeymoon as of now, we both have too much work to finish before we can think of going on a holiday. But it’s definitely on the agenda, and we will plan one at a later date.”
Both Rubina and Abhinav have big shows in their kitty. The actress is playing Saumya in a daily soap Shakti Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki while Abhinav have ventured back to television with Silsila Badalte Rishton Ka which also stars Drashti Dhami and Shakti Arora.
Rubina and Abhinav’s co-actors including Kamya Punjabi, Vivian Dsena, Drashti Dhami, Aditi Sharma, Shakti Arora will be seen attending their reception party. Apart from them, their close friends Sharad Kelkar, Kirti Kelkar, Surveen Chawla, Husein Kuwajerwala, Ekta Kaul, Sumeet Vyas and others will also be seen at the reception.
