Beyhadh fame Kushal Tandon never minces his words on social media. Be it while supporting a Bigg Boss contestant or taking a jibe at an Indian TV serial (Yes, he’s a part of Indian television industry himself!). Recently, he posted a satirical comment on Ekta Kapoor’s TV show Naagin. It all started when Yeh Hai Mohabbatein actress Anita Hassanandani wrote about Jab Harry Met Sejal and Jagga Jasoos.
She wrote: I deserve a pat on my back .... I watched #JaggaJasoos and #HarrymetSejal back to back on flight.... that too without a disprins.
Replying to this tweet, Kushal Tandon wrote: Actually u do ,pat pat pat ! How????? Were was rohit ...I wonder what should we give to the viewers of nagin #jus and pure houmor, no controversy plz for the twiterazi
However, he mentioned a disclaimer that the tweet is just meant for light humour. But the head honcho of Balaji Telefims was quick to take notice of the tweet. In reply to Kushal Tandon, she wrote, “D scene I saw u shot for me !!! I need a pat on my back for that! Hahahha kiddng.”
This resulted in a series of hilarious tweets between the actor and Ekta Kapoor. After his dig at Naagin, Kushal Tandon posted a cryptic tweet saying, “Courage is sexy?!”
The TV serial producer was even quicker to take notice of this cryptic tweet and posted even more sarcastic reply. We don’t know whether her response was meant to be humorous or she really meant her words. In response to this, she wrote: Good acting is even sexier!! Must try that;)
But Ekta Kapoor ended the banter on funny note. Cooling the matter down, she wrote: N bdw ur looking awesome in d show !!! Hugs n love.
Kushal Tandon also took the compliment and thanked the TV producer for her kind words. He tweeted, “So looking fwd when we finish and release!lucky to be part of ur creative world! and about acting ? Will learn in ur guidance for sure!”
We hope this chitchat between Kushal Tandon and Ekta Kapoor on Twitter was only meant for fun Talking about the third instalment of Naagin, actors Mouni Roy and Adaa Khan have bid adieu to the series. Surbhi Jyoti has been confirmed to be replacing Mouni Roy. Reports are also saying that Anita Hassanandani will replace Adaa Khan for the negative role Sesha. Naagin 3 will go on floor this month.
