Koffee With Karan 6: Kartik Aaryan thinks he could've done better than Ayushmann Khurrana in Andhadhun
We were still not over with the drooling awesomeness of Sidharth Malhotra and Aditya Roy Kapur from the latest episode of the most entertaining chat show Koffee With Karan 6 that the makers treated us with an interesting sneak peak into the next episode that features Luka Chuppi couple Kartik Aaryan and Kriti Sanon. The promos of the next week’s episode are already doing rounds on the internet and they are proof enough that the episode will be loaded with fun, laughter and revelations.
The promo shared by the makers show Karan Johar bringing the topic of Sara Ali Khan out in the open when Kartik Aarayn reveals that the way to get his attention is by saying good things about him on Koffee With Karan. Even his co-star Kriti Sanon asks him if he wants his address to eb sent to the Simbba actress. Host Karan Johar introduces the sexy duo by saying that there are three Ks in the house- Kartik, Kriti and Karan himself. Watch the promo here-
In another promo, KJO is seen asking Kartik about his engineering when Kriti Sanon makes a revelation that she has also done engineering. On the other hand when KJo asks Kartik about a recent film he thinks he could performed better in, without thinking Kartik replies with AndhaDhun but later says that this is the lie he can say without blinking. Further, when KJo tells Kartik that rapper Badshah called him an overrated actor on the same couch, the actor goes blank. Watch the video here-
Kartik Aaryan and Kriti Sanon made their debut on Koffee With Karan. The duo shot for the episode around Christmas last year and Kartik even wished his fans a Merry Christmas along with the picture from the shoot and captioned it as, ''Merry Christmas everyone Santa has a surprise for you - Somethings brewing''. Kartik and Kriti have collaborated for the first time for Laxman Utekar's directorial Luka Chuppi. In the movie, both the actors are playing the role of TV reporters. Talking about their characters, producer Dinesh Vijan said,''Kartik plays the star reporter of a local TV channel in Mathura. We had toyed with the title Mathura Live before settling for a game of hide-and-seek. While Kartik is the quintessential good boy every girl wants to take home to mamma, Kriti represents today’s youth who advocate gender equality and have their own ideology.” The story travels across Mathura, Gwalior and Agra. The project was announced in July this year.
