The yesterday’s episode of Kaun Banega Crorepati 9 hosted by megastar Amitabh Bachchan started with contestant Shashikanth from Chattisgarh. He was a tour guide in Agra and stated that it was a dream come true moment for him and his daughter. While interacting with Big B, he revealed that earlier, he was a teacher and his students persuaded him to try his luck on the show. Shashikanth told that he has been trying to sit on the hot seat for the past 17 years.
Shashikanth, who is skilled in many languages, impressed the host with his fluent shuddh Hindi. However, the contestant took home only Rs 10,000. He utilised his lifelines while crossing level one and then used his last lifeline jodidaar to answer question for Rs 80,000. He was not sure of the answer but still made a guess that turned out to be wrong.
Thus, his dream to win the big amount came to an end. The amount was transferred to his account through digital transfer. Big B then conducted fresh fastest finger fast. Akshay Rajput got the opportunity to sit on the hot seat in front of Big B. He will continue the game in the upcoming episode.
