The twenty third episode of Kaun Banega Crorepati 9 hosted by megastar Amitabh Bachchan started with the rollover contestant Arun Singh. He won Rs 10,000 in the previous episode. He began the game, played effortlessly and impressed Big B with his prompt answers. Interestingly, he crossed two milestones without utilising any of his lifelines. The contestant found 12th question very difficult and utilised his three lifelines jodidaar, 50-50 and audience poll for it.
He was still unsure of the answer but decided to take the risk and went with the audience. Luckily, his answer turned out to be correct and he won Rs 12,50,000. While playing, Arun talked about the importance of sports with Big B.
He again faced difficulty in the next question. So, he decided to video call his friend. Though, he couldn’t get the right answer from his friend, he guessed the right answer. He took home Rs 25,00,000 as he didn’t know the answer to Rs 50 lakh question.
After this, Big B conducted fastest figure first and Anita Singh got the opportunity to sit on the hot seat in front of the megastar. She will continue her game in the next episode.
