Erica Fernandes, Parth Samthaan don Bengali look for Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2, pictures go viral
Ekta Kapoor’s reprisal of Kasautii Zindagii Kay is making a lot of noise on the social media ever since its inception. Its been a couple of months since television’s Czarina announced the sequel of the iconic 2000s TV show and the buzz around is only getting stronger. Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 will be having Erica Fernandes and Parth Samthaan stepping into the shoes of Prerna Sharma and Anurag Basu respectively. Reports are rife that Hina Khan has been roped in to play Komolika in the show, however, there’s no official confirmation about it.
Recently, the pictures of Parth Samthaan and Erica Fernandes shooting for the show in the Kolkata are going viral on the internet. It shows the lead actors along with TV actress Pooja Bannerjee clad in traditional Bengali attire. Pictures from the sets have leaked before as well, showing Parth and Erica on a railway station.

On a related note, Shah Rukh Khan has turned narrator for the show in the initial episodes. Ekta Kapoor teased her fans with a video featuring the superstar himself.
"A lot of people asked me why I was blushing! Well I have loved Shah Rukh sir since 'Fauji'! Finally he introduces characters of my most loved show! And I shoot with him! I am gushing blushing! 'Kasautii Zindagii Kay' mug shot," Ekta tweeted along with a picture with Shah Rukh.
The show will go on air from September 25 on Star Plus.
