Former Bigg Boss 11 contestant Hina Khan ensured that social media trolls were always up to something. A few days back, the actress was trolled for her quirky sense of dressing for an awards night in Dubai. She became a laughing stock of social media when she appeared in an off-white sheer gown which had fishtail at the bottom. While few appreciated Hina for her stylish avatar, trolls started sharing the picture, comparing it to broom, flower pot and cigarette stand.
However, Hina Khan didn’t stay silence after being targeted by self-proclaimed fashion police on the social media. She replied one of the trolls with picture collage of Hina Khan and Nikhita Tandon wearing the same dress. The troll even asked her if she borrowed the dress like she did during her stay in Bigg Boss 11 house. Getting back at her trolls, she said, “Clothes don’t make a style statement ur personality does.. otherwise all designers wud b wearing and walking the ramp in their own designs.. by the way she’s the designer herself it’s her piece designers WANT to source thr clothes to only a few actors”
However, this comment also didn’t go down well with the trolls. They got another reason to put the actress down saying that she offended the clan of designers by saying that they cannot endorse their clothes themselves.
One user wrote, "If ur first line is so true thn y did u borrow those 100+ dresses for the show. U would have better spent the days normally right? PERSONALITY! YEAH!! We have seen even now as well in the tweets u hv liked of fake ids! Write what u mean & mean what u write! Bye the way,Bye!"

Many trolls even tagged ace designers like Anita Dongre, Manish Malhotra and Sabyasachi Mukherjee so that they could lend their two cents on her recent remarks.
None of the designers mentioned in the tweets have replied to the comment. Perhaps they know what Hina Khan actually meant.
