Actor and stand-up comedian Kapil Sharma, who recently tied the nuptial knot with his long-time girlfriend Ginni Chatrath, is all set to make his comeback on the small screen from tonight. Kapil’s new show titled as The Kapil Sharma Show is returning with few old casts including Kiku Sharda, Chandan Prabhakar, and Sumona Chakravarti. Meanwhile, new faces on Kapil’s show will be Bharti Singh and Krushna Abhishek.
Earlier, there were reports that Sunil Grover will also be part of Kapil’s show, but he is busy in the shooting of his new show titled Kanpur Wale Khuranas. Kapil’s show will air from tonight every weekend at 9:30 pm on Sony TV.
Recently a report surfaced that Salman Khan will be part of Kapil’s show and he will collaborate with the team as a producer.
And ahead of Kapil’s show, Salman welcomed him on the small screen through a tweet. Salman tweeted, ‘’Iss weekend ki alag hi hai baat! Kyunki honge aapke saath, Kapil Sharma! Masti aur entertainment se bhara, dekhiye #TheKapilSharmaShow, aaj se har Sat-Sun raat 9:30 baje sirf SonyTV par.’’
Kapil announcing the news of his show tweeted, ‘’Thank u so much for your love n blessingssee u tonight by 9:30 pm @SonyTV .. keep smiling n stay happy always love u all.’’
The first episode of The Kapil Sharma Show will see Simmba team including Rohit Shetty, Ranveer Singh, Sara Ali Khan, and Sonu Sood.
