Exclusive: Ace wrestler Sangram Singh’s new talk show ‘Hausalon Ki Udaan’ to go on air today
After being a celebratory wrestler and winning national accolades for his performances, Sangram Singh tried his ways into acting and was much praised. Now the wait to see the man make his comeback on television as a host is over as his motivational chat show called, Hausalon Ki Udaan launched on Doordarshan.
The ace wrestler interviews award-winning champions of our country in the show, who have made India proud, not just once but many times.
In the exclusive promo of the show, Sangram Singh is seen inviting the viewers for a ride that will inspire us, bring tears to our eyes and will make us proud of our champions. A winner himself, Sangram claims that the journey he is rooting for will make one realize how difficult it is to become a champion from a beginner.
Talking to IndiaTVNews.com, Sangram said, “They (sportsperson) will share their life stories which will inspire millions of kids as they will learn about the trials and tribulations faced by these celebrated sportspersons. I learnt a lot from their stories. I will not only ask them about the journey of their lives but also have fun with them.”
'Hausalon Ki Udaan' will telecast every Friday 9-10pm on Doordarshan Sports as well as Doordarshan. The wrestler has already shot with title-holders Mary Kom, Bhaichung Bhutia, Dipa Karmakar and Sakshi Malik for the first few episodes.
