Bigg Boss 12 theme changed at last moment! No celebrity couples to feature in Salman Khan’s show
This time Bigg Boss makers were planning to introduce an experimental concept to the show. Just like every season, Bigg Boss 12 was also supposed to be based around a theme. This year’s theme was all about Jodis, which means, the contestants were asked to participate with their partners. However, this concept has been dropped by the makers on the last moment. The show will begin on September 16 and the makers are trying to get the spiciest celebrity couples on board for the Salman Khan show. However, so far, their efforts have been futile.
According to a BollywoodLife report, there will be no celeb jodis in Bigg Boss 12. Instead 6 single celebrities will be entering the house and 5 commoner jodis will be taking part in the controversial reality show.
“There will be no celeb jodis. 6 single celebs will enter the house. 5 commoner jodis will enter the show with 5 single commoners. Later on, the singles will be paired inside the house with the celebs and that is how the concept of ‘vichitra jodis’ will work,” read the report.

Another twist which is most likely to be introduced in Bigg Boss 12 is that not all the contestants will be entering the main house on the first day. Some of them, including some celebrities, will be kept in a separate house. This resembles to what Bigg Boss 11 had initially with Padosi living in the separate house. However, that plan didn’t work out in their favour.
Another interesting twist in the show is that the audience will get to see host Salman Khan grilling the inmates in a classroom format, as you’ve already seen in one of the teasers. The host will be made to sit in the class room and the screen through which he will communicate will look like a blackboard.

Rumours were also doing rounds on the social media that Bigg Boss 12 has been postponed due to some technical issues and the final premiere date will be announced soon. Talking about the contestants, so far only Srishty Rode and Shaleen Bhanot are the only confirmed inmates of the house.
On Saturday, the makers dropped the third teaser of Bigg Boss 12 featuring host Salman Khan as a clerk in a government office.
