As per schedule, Khatron Ke Khiladi is aired before the Salman Khan-hosted show. However, this year the schedule has been reworked and Bigg Boss is going on air a month earlier than its schedule. Today, the controversial reality show will be airing tonight on colour channel, with the contestants including celebrities and commoners being introduced. There is also a buzz that Bigg Boss 11 winner Shilpa Shinde will join Salman Khan on the stage. However, there has been no official confirmation regarding it. Bigg Boss 12 grand premiere is all set air on Colors Channel at 9 pm today. Salman Khan is returning to the controversial reality show as the host for the ninth time in a row. He will be seen sporting stubble this time. After a gap of eights years, Bigg Boss 12 will be aired at 9 pm instead of 10:30 pm. The show will be aired at 9 pm on all days. The Weekend Ka Vaar episodes will air on Saturday and Sunday at 9 pm.

On the Dance Deewane Grand Finale, the official list of contestants for Bigg Boss 12 was announced. A total of 6 celebrities and 6 jodis will enter the house, that makes the total to 18. The celebrities include the names of popular TV actors like Karanvir Bohra, Neha Pendse, Srishty Rode, Dipika Kakar, cricketer Sreesanth, singers Anup Jalota and Jasleen Matharu. Roadies contestants Surbhi Rana and Kriti Verma will also join the show. Bihari singer Deepak Thakur and his biggest fan Urvashi Vani are also roped in for the show. Among the commoners are Shivashish Mishra and Sourabh Patel, Sabha Khan and Somi Khan and Romil Chaudhary and Nirmal Singh.

Dipika Kakar talked about why she's coming on Bigg Boss 12 after being married for only around half a year. She says she has few responsibilities to bear, that's why the couple made the tough decision of letting her go to the controversial reality show.

What to expect from Bigg Boss 12 Grand Premiere?

Buzz is that ex-Bigg Boss winners Shilpa Shinde and Manveer Gujjar will make the entry on the show’s premiere. Bigg Boss 11 runner-up Hina Khan was also supposed to come to the show, however, recent buzz is saying that she might not be seen at the grand premiere but the former TV actress will make a surprise entry during the show, assigning to the contestants and will also stay with them for a day.

Another surprise was that Bharti Singh and Haarsh Limbachiyaa were never supposed to enter Bigg Boss 11. According to Indian Express reports, it was just a gimmick to create a buzz around the show.
