Bigg Boss 11 contestant Shilpa Shinde is one of the popular celebs of the small screen. Thus, when comedian Raju Srivastav passed derogatory comments on the lady on Entertainment Ki Raat show, bhabhiji’s fans not only slammed him but also demanded an apology. Now, Raju, in a lengthy social media post, explained that he respects Shilpa and he can never demean any woman. He apologised to people who got offended with whatever he said on the show.
Raju stated that his dialogues were edited and wrongly represented by the channel adding that he is very upset with Colors. He further wrote, “I shall still seek apology if anyone felt offended and I still maintain that as an esteemed citizen of India, I hold woman with topmost respect and dignity.”
The former Bigg Boss contestant graced Entertainment Ki Raat show with Bandgi Kalra, Vindu Dara Singh, Hiten Tejwani and Lopamudra Raut. Talking about Shilpa, Raju said that if the lady was so keen on becoming a mother than Shakti Kapoor was always there. This became the topic of discussion on social media and people lashed out at the comedian for disrespecting the telly actress.
