Tamil superstar Thalapathy Vijay's latest flick Leo is keeping the cash registers ringing at the worldwide box office. The film is not only performing well at the Indian box office but also in the worldwide circuit despite garnering mostly mixed reviews from film critics. The film has crossed the coveted Rs 200 crore mark at the Indian box office on the 5th day of its release. On Monday, Leo collected Rs 35 crore nett in India, with major contribution from its OG Tamil version.

Talking about the film's performance in international circuits, Leo has grossed over Rs 400 crore in just four days, which is slightly more than Leonardo DiCaprio's Killers of the Flower Moon.
As per Variety, Leo scored $48.5 million (after four days) compared with the $44 million earned by DiCaprio's Killers of the Flower Moon, in terms of worldwide cumulative among new releases.
In India, the 5th-day collections of Leo of Rs 35 crore include Rs 26 from Tamil Nadu alone. The film collected Rs 7 crore and Rs 3 crore from Kerala and Karnataka. However, the film's Hindi version earned just Rs 2.5 crore on the fifth day.
After the addition of 5th-dayigures, the total collection of the action thriller now stands at Rs 216.4 crore nett in India.
The film is released on over 5,500 screens worldwide.
