Kannada cinema is once again set to witness a high profile wedding of a celebrity couple. Actor Chiranjeevi Sarja and multilingual actor Meghana Raj may get engaged on October 22 in an intimate affair comprising few close friends and relatives. The ceremony may take place at Sarja's residence. The duo who have shared the screen space in Aatagara have been dating since past three years. The lovebirds have often been spotted multiple times attending parties together, however, they maintained stoic silence on their relationship. Till three years, they insisted on being just 'good friends'.
Talking to Deccan Herald, the actor said that he would announce everything on October 17, his birthday. Chiranjeevi's grandfather, late Shakti Prasad was a well known actor. His brother Dhruva Sarja and nephew Arjun Sarja are also actors. Meghana Raj who made her debut in 2009 with a Telugu movie, is the only daughter of celebrity couple Sundar Raj and Pramila Joshai. Besides, Kannada and Telugu, she has worked in Tamil and Malayalam cinema.
Earlier, Sandalwood stars Rashmika Mandanna and Rakshit Shetty got engaged on July 3.
