Kollywood superstar Vikram’s daughter Akshita has tied the knot with great-grandson of DMK supremo M. Karunanidhi, Manu Ranjith. Akshita and Manu got married on Monday morning and then took blessings of Tamil Nadu ex-CM Karunanidhi at his residence. The pictures have already started doing the rounds on social media.
The picture was shared by Ramesh Bala in which Vikram is all smiles. He tweeted, “Actor #ChiyaanVikram 's daughter got married this morning.. In the presence of TN Ex-CM 's @kalaignar89 Ayya.. Best wishes..”
The couple has been dating from quite some time. Their wedding took place in Chennai and was attended by only family members. Latest reports suggest that Vikram is planning to host a grand reception that will be graced by some renowned faces of Kollywood.
On the work front, Vikram is gearing up for the release of his upcoming film Sketch. The movie also features Tamannaah Bhatia. The actor is also occupied with the work of Saamy 2. The movie is the sequel to 2003 blockbuster Sammy. Vikram has completed the first schedule in Chennai and is reportedly shooting for it in Delhi.
