Rajinikanth’s younger daughter Soundarya Rajinikanth and Vishagan Vanangamudi's wedding reception, which was held in Chennai on Monday, saw the attendance of several celebrities. Among the special guests, Kajol who has worked with Soundarya Rajnikanth in Velaiilla Pattadhari 2 along Dhanush, took to social media to share a beautiful picture with the new bride.
Twinning in red with new bride Soundarya Rajnikanth at the reception, Kajol shared the picture with a caption that read, “A VIP wedding .... wishing my sweet director, a wonderful life ahead”.
For her wedding reception, Soundarya Rajnikanth dazzled in a royal red outfit accessorized with heavy diamond jewellery, while Vishagan looked dapper in a black suit paired with a white satin shirt and a scarf.
The new bride took to Twitter to share beautiful pictures from her wedding. One of the pretty photos sees Soundarya sharing an emotional moment with her parents Rajinikanth and Latha. The other 'Happy Family' photo sees her son Ved sitting on her lap with Vishagan Vanangamudi sitting next to them. The trio sits on the oonjal as part of the Hindu traditions. The third photo is all about the couple as they get married to each other. Soundarya took to twitter and shared these photos with a lot of emoticons saying, "#Mr&Mrs #MyFamily #WeAreOne #VedVishaganSoundarya.

After four days of pre-wedding celebrations, Soundarya Rajinikanth and Vishagan Vanangamudi' officially became man and wife on Monday.
The wedding was attended by many top politicians and celebrities. It was one gala affair followed by a grand reception in the evening.
