Kaala: Here’s the fresh poster of Pa Ranjith’s film featuring ‘Thalaivar’ Rajinikanth
Superstar Rajinikanth’s upcoming film Kaala is certainly one of the most anticipated films of the year. The film is about to hit the screens on June 7, after much delay. On Friday, Raid actor Ajay Devgn dropped another dazzling poster of the upcoming Pa Ranjith film. He took to Twitter to release the fresh poster and wrote, “Rajini Sir's Kaala #KingOfDharavi in Hindi on 7th June.”
We don’t even need to say, Rajinikanth as ‘The King of Dharavi’ looks dauntless as he’s sitting on his gipsy.
Kaala will see a simultaneous release in two languages, Telugu and Hindi. The film is set against the backdrop of Dharavi area of Mumbai. The Thalaivar will be playing a gangster while veteran actor Nana Patekar will be pitted against him in the film.
At the audio launch, Rajinikanth confirmed that it’s not a political film but has an important political message. According to the reports, the superstar will be batting for the rights of Tamil people in Mumbai. The film is bankrolled by Dhanush’s home production Wunderbar Films. It also features Easwari Rao, Huma Qureshi, Samuthirakani and Anjali Patil in pivotal roles.
