A fire broke out in the farmhouse of Telugu superstar Chiranjeevi on the outskirts of Hyderabad on Friday. The major fire burnt a part of a film set, as told by police. The incident took place near Gandipet Lake. The residents of the locality saw the smoke rising at his farmhouse and informed the police immediately. There was nobody on the sets of the film Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy at the time of the accident. A part of it was damaged in the fire, police said.
Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy is a historical war film based on the life of Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy. Being made in Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam, it stars Chiranjeevi, Amitabh Bachchan, Nayanathara, Tamannah and others. The first look of megastar Amitabh Bachchan was dropped on his 76th birthday. In the film, Big B dons heavy beard and moustache to get into the skin of his character.
Another look was revealed on Jagapathi Babu's birthday in February this year. Babu is playing Raaja Paandi in the film which also stars Chiranjeevi in imporant role. It is one of the most-awaited film of this year which also marks Amitabh Bachchan's debut in South.
Amitabh Bachchan is playing the role of Gosayi Venkenanna, the guru of Narasimha Reddy. The film stars Chiranjeevi in important tole. The project has been helmed by Surender Reddy and bank rolled by Ram Charan.
The movie is being produced by Chiranjeevi's son and popular actor Ram Charan and directed by Surender Reddy.
