Actor Ranbir Kapoor, who has impressed movie buffs with his spectacular performances in many Bollywood films, may soon be making his debut in Marathi cinema. Yes, according to some reports, the handsome hunk will play cameo in actress Madhuri Dixit’s first Marathi film, Bucket List. The movie is about self-discovery and is directed by Tejas Prabha Vijay Deoskar. The film is presented by producer-director-actor Karan Johar.
A source revealed to a leading daily Mumbai Mirror that Ranbir is an ardent fan of Madhuri and thus when he was approached for the role, he happily agreed for it. He has shot for the film few days ago and the makers are quite happy with the response.
The actor has many times expressed his liking for the veteran actress. In fact, he also called her his crush when the lady shot an item number for his film Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani. He revealed that it was his childhood dream to dance with the actress.
On a related note, Ranbir is occupied with the work of his upcoming film Brahmastra. The movie directed by Ayan Mukerji also features Amitabh Bachchan and Alia Bhatt in pivotal roles. He will also be seen in Sanjay Dutt biopic, which is helmed by Rajkumar Hirani.
