Ranveer Singh gathers all the attention in Akshay Kumar's InstaLive session with Bear Grylls
It's no news that actor Ranveer Singh is a die-hard fan of Akshay Kumar. And recently the Padmavat actor proved it once again when he crashed Akshay's Instagram Live session. Yes, Akshay Kumar aka Khiladi Kumar who is going to feature in Bear Grylls' Into The Wild show, set up an online session with his Bell Bottom co-star Huma Qureshi. As the live interaction with the viewers started in the comments, Ranveer Singh's name popped up where he began by wishing Akshay a belated happy birthday. He even complimented the actor for his new look and said, "Mooch looks kadak, Akki (the moustache looks good)." That's not all, Ranveer, who will be seen playing a cameo in Akki's upcoming film Sooryavanshi wrote, "Akki Sir, Sooryavanshi release karwao (sir, release Sooryavanshi) ."
Sooryavanshi was supposed to release earlier in March 2020, but due to the novel coronavirus pandemic, the date of the movie has been postponed. As per reports, the film is expected to release on Diwali.
Meanwhile, Akshay Kumar interacted with Bear Grylls on Thursday afternoon and the episode of the show is expected to premiere for Discovery Plus India members on September 11 at 8 pm and it will air on Discovery channel at 8 pm on September 14.
Talking about their friendship, Akshay Kumar and Ranveer Singh have worked with eachother in Simmba and Sooryavanshi. The duo also appeared on the famous chat show Koffee With Karan's latest season together.
On the work front Akshay Kumar has a number of films in his pipeline including Bell Bottom, Prithviraj, Laxmmi Bomb and Bachchan Pandey. The actor has also signed Aanand L Rai's Atrangi Re, co-starring Sara Ali Khan and Dhanush.
