Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) on Wednesday made history after its lunar mission Chandrayaan 3 successfully landed on the South pole of the Moon. Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi, who is currently in South Africa for the BRICS Summit congratulated the scientists and said "When we see such historic moments it makes us very proud. This is the dawn of new India."
Not only the Prime Minister but several film celebrities also gave a shoutout to ISRO for the successful Chandrayaan 3 landing.

About Chandrayaan 3
Chandrayaan 3 consists of a lander named Vikram and a rover named Pragyan similar to those of the Chandrayaan 2. Its propulsion module acts like an orbiter. The propulsion module carried the lander and rover configuration until the spacecraft attained a 153 × 163 km lunar orbit. The launch of Chandrayaan 3 took place on July 14.
