Ranbir Kapoor is undoubtedly a heartthrob of Bollywood. Besides his stellar acting and good looks, the actor hits headlines for his alleged romance. After Mahira Khan, reports of his brewing interest in Brahmastra co-star Ali Bhatt started doing the round on social media. But before we could contemplate on that, sources have certified it to be false.
Couple of days before, news of Ranbir and Alia's possible love affair made its way to the internet and now reports say that the Barfi actor is miffed at Karan Johar and Alia's PR team for cooking up such stories. A source informed Pinkvilla that Ranbir doesn't appreciate fake stories just for the sake of movie promotions. "Ranbir is furious with Kjo & Alia's PR team for putting out these stories for Brahmastra buzz. He doesn't want a playboy image and wants everyone to stop using his name just for PR games,'' source said.
However the source added that Alia is unperturbed by it as her earlier affair rumours with 2 States co-star Arjun Kapoor and Badrinath Ki Dulhania co-star Varun Dhawan proved beneficial for films.
The source further said ,''What Ranbir finds even odder is that though Alia is friends with Katrina Kaif (Ranbir's ex) she still doesn't mind having such rumours doing the rounds. He's totally against the fake news and has become very vocal about it to Dharma team to wrap this PR stunt as soon as possible.''
Brahmastra preparations have kick started as Ranbir, Alia along with director Ayan Mukerji flew off to Tel Aviv in Israel. It is a fantasy trilogy and for the first time the two actors will seen sharing screen space. TV actress Mouni Roy is reportedly playing the antagonist in the flick, which is slated to release on August 15, 2019.
