However, another birdie has dropped the news that the couple might be planning to move in together, but there’s a catch. They will not living together in Mumbai, instead, they will be moving to New York to be by Ranbir’s father Rishi Kapoor’s side.
A Mumbai Mirror report has stared that Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt might buy their first house together in New York. Mom Neetu Kapoor is already looking for properties in the US. According to the report, Alia and Ranbir want to purchase a chic little studio apartment for their love nest.
Veteran actor Rishi Kapoor has already been living in New York for the past few months. Last year, he left for the US for medical treatment for his undisclosed illness. Wife Neetu Kapoor has been staying with him during his treatment. Meanwhile, his son Ranbir Kapoor has flown in and out of New York to be by his family’s side. His girlfriend Alia Bhatt also flew to New York in December to celebrate the New Year’s Eve with Ranbir’s family. The pictures from their close-knit celebrations went viral on the internet. It also suggested that mom Neetu Kapoor has already approved of Ranbir and Alia’s relationship.
On the work front, the lovebirds are working together in Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra, whose logo has been officially released during Kumbh 2019 in Prayagraj. The film will release in December this year.
