Pakistani actress Mahira Khan who featured with Shah Rukh Khan in Raees, shared a hearfelt message about her son Azlan on Instagram. Khan, who was separated from her husband in 2015 has a 8-year-old son, with whom she shared a picture last night on occasion of his birthday Within few hours the picture garnered more than 90,000 likes. She posted the picture with a caption: Grateful everyday for being chosen to be Azlan's mama. My one and my only.
On Friday morning, the actress shared a picture of her son, Azlan in a pair of goggles posing at the camera. She captioned the picture funnily, ‘Strict instructions from Azlan - no calling me Jaan, baby or azzu! 8yrs old today and too cool for his mama. My one and only’. She ended both the pictures’ captions with ‘My one and only’.
In the picture she posted on Friday night, Mahira Khan is seen napping with her son taking a nap on her back. The cute picture is too adorable to be ignored. Last night the actress expressed on her social media how proud she feels to be Azlan’s mother. She feels thankful that God chose her to be his mother.
Mahira Khan met her husband Ali Askari in 2006 and got married in 2007. The duo called it quits in 2015. Her son Azlan turned 8-year-old on Friday. Mahira appeared in Sarmad-Khoosat drama serial Humsafar with Fawad Khan, which was critically acclaimed not only Pakistan but also in India. This serial brought her overnight success, making her a household name in India. The drama series was aired on Zindagi channel.
Earlier this month, Mahira shared the first look of her upcoming film, Verna. It is helmed by famous TV and film director Shoaib Mansoor. Verna is slated to release in November this year. Mahira Khan is ready to share the screen with her Humsafar co-star Fawad Khan in Maula Jatt 2. This film will be out in cinemas on 25th December this year.
