Rumours mills are abuzz with Arjun Kapoor and Malaika Arora's wedding news and updates. Though none of them have confirmed the reports and even dismissed them calling it 'media made', fans want them to get married as soon as possible. The duo has been in a relationship for quite a time now but it was recently when they started making appearances together. The lovebirds are now often spotted together on dinner and lunch dates. Pictures of them enjoying each other's company at starry get-togethers often go viral on social media.
Now the latest buzz is that the couple will get married on April 19 amidst the presence of family and few friends. Malaika will walk down the aisle while Kareena Kapoor Khan, Karisma Kapoor and sister Amrita Arora will be her bridesmaids. Also, present in the guest list are Arjun's close pal Ranveer Singh and his darling wife Deepika Padukone.
Earlier, while talking to Anupama Chopra for Film Companion, Malaika addressed the rumours around her church wedding with Arjun saying, "Oh God! No No. It's all media made. Media is responsible for it.”
Malaika was earlier married to Arbaaz Khan. Talking about ending her 19-year-old marriage with Arbaaz Khan, Malaika on Kareena Kapoor Khan’s show What Women Want said, “Divorce is a huge step. It gave me freedom in the sense that I could make a choice that I stand by. It is a choice that is not applauded by many but it gives you the freedom to move on, to make new choices, to go ahead in the world with your head held high and without feeling the past baggage.”
On the professional front, Arjun is currently shooting for Ashutosh Gowariker's period drama Panipat, along with Kriti Sanon and Sanjay Dutt. He will next be seen in Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar, directed by Dibakar Banerjee.
