At the trailer launch of their upcoming film Thugs of Hindostan, Senior Bachchan was asked to comment on the picture going viral on the internet since morning. Big B said "Katrina and I were very depressed and are going to hold it against Aamir, Ranbir, Ranveer and others for not inviting us." The superstar also added, "Katrina and I were demoralized that we were not called at Ranbir’s house for the photo Karan Johar shared." "We were all not invited so we felt really bad," he concluded.

In the picture, Ranbir has his arms around Deepika and Ranveer, while Alia and her mentor Karan Johar can be seen twinning in red and blue and sitting on Shah Rukh Khan’s lap. The superstar, who recently returned from Delhi after attending an event, looks charming as ever in the snap, while the 'Thugs of Hindostan' actor Aamir Khan can be seen in a casual attire sitting beside SRK.
