Ever since the major fallout between comedians Kapil Sharma and Sunil Grover in 2017, fans have been wishing for their reunion with bated breath. While comedy king Kapil Sharma returned with the second season of The Kapil Sharma show with Krushna Abhishek, Kiku Sharda and Bharti Singh, good friend Sunil Grover stayed away. His popular character Dr Mashoor Gulati is still missed by all on TKSS. Recently, speculations were rife that Sunil Grover would grace The Kapil Sharma Show to promote his upcoming film Bharat starring Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif in lead roles.
Amid the reunion rumours between the two comedians, Sunil Grover was recently asked in a media interaction as to whether he watches The Kapil Sharma Show. To which, he replied that he doesn't watch Kapil Sharma's show because he prefers not to see anything which he is not a part of, according to a Bollywood Hungama report.
Furthermore, Sunil Grover also revealed that his Bharat co-star Salman Khan tried convincing him to return but he said that Khan was not insistent but he merely just suggested. Sunil revealed that there are no immediate plans for the same.
Meanwhile, on Arbaaz Khan's chat show "Pinch", Kapil Sharma opened up about the spat with Sunil Grover. He said: "I like Sunil a lot...There was just a misunderstanding between us. Someone asked my that why I am not taking him in show and in a fit of rage I wrote on Twitter that I was ready to take him, it's he who doesn't want to come back on the show".
