Los Angeles: Reality TV star Scott Disick, who was hospitalised earlier this year for alcohol poisoning, is liking the feeling of living healthy as he is eating better and exercising more.
Disick, the long-time partner of Kourtney Kardashian, says the steps he's taking to get healthy following the terrifying bout with alcohol poisoning, are working fine.
"I'm good. I've had ups and downs. Every time you can better yourself it's a good thing, and a positive thing," said the father of Penelope, 2, and Mason, 4.
"I'm excited to just be feeling good and living healthy, eating better, exercising more and doing whatever I can to get by," the 31-year-old told people.com.
Disick and Kardashian are also expecting their third child, due for delivery in December.
