New York, Oct1: Actress Lindsay Lohan was reportedly assaulted by a man inside a hotel room here.
She told police that she was assaulted inside W Hotel here early Sunday morning by Christian Labella, 25, a man she met at Manhattan nightclub 1Oak.
According to Lohan, Labella had taken photos of her on his cell phone while they were hanging out at the hotel with a couple of her friends in her 15th floor room. When she saw the photos on his phone, she confronted him and took his phone.
Lohan said Labella then threw her on the bed, causing scratches, and even punched her.
Lohan ran out of the room, but at a certain point decided to head back. Labella allegedly attacked Lohan again at that point, choked her, threw her on the ground and climbed on top of her.
A friend, who was with Lohan at the time of the incident, reportedly pulled Labella off her and the actress pulled the fire alarm for help.
Labella was taken into custody after attempting to take off down the stairs, and was charged with two counts of misdemeanor assault and two counts of harassment.
Lohan received medical attention at the hotel.
