London: TV actress Lena Dunham, who shares raunchy moments with her on screen boyfriend Adam Driver in "Girls" says it is important to know a co-star's limits when filming sex scenes.
The actress says her bedroom scenes have taught her not too get too experimental and that she must respect people's boundaries, Dunham told BANG Showbiz at the "Girls" season three premiere here, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
"We've done it together so much. We also understand each others boundaries. It's really important in a sex scene to know each person's limits and if they're going to be comfortable if you improvise slapping their a** or if it's going to make them feel really weird and violated," she said.
The new season of "Girls" will start Monday.
