Los Angeles, Aug 10: Socialite Kourtney Kardashian has been slapped with a lawsuit from model Michael Girgenti, who claims to be the father of her three-year-old son Mason.
Girgenti said that indulged in unprotected sex with the reality TV star after they met during a photoshoot in August 2008. He has filed paperwork at Los Angeles County Superior Court in a bid to get joint custody of Mason.
Girgenti wants the judge to order DNA tests. A hearing has been set for next month, reports tmz.com
The lawsuit documents the relationship between Kourtney and Girgenti, which he claims heated up in March 2009, when she told him that her relationship with her partner Scott Disick was "on the outs" and "she wanted to hang."
The model has even claimed that he had tried to contact Kourtney when she gave birth to Mason in December 2009.
Kourtney is yet to comment on the allegations.
