Los Angeles, Feb 4: Beyonce Knowles' 13-month-old daughter Blue Ivy Carter has started talking now and the singer describes it as the "beautiful time" in her life.
"She's starting to talk. It is the best thing in the world... It is just such a beautiful time in my life to have a child and every day see something new and see her learn something new," aceshowbiz.com quoted Knowles, who is married to Jay-Z, as saying.
The 31-year-old, who had a miscarriage two years ago, gave birth to Blue Jan 7 last year.
She even praised her husband saying, "My husband is incredible and he is so supportive."
