Los Angeles: Actor Johnny Depp was spotted wearing a female ring on his engagement finger, and it happens to be the same rock that he gave his fiancee Amber Heard when he proposed to her last year.
"I have a female engagement ring," the 50-year-old actor said on David Letterman's show, reports eonline.com.
"It's not typical for a man to wear an engagement ring, is it," Letterman asked the "Pirates of the Caribbean" star.
"No. "It was too big for my girl," Depp responded.
He said that "it's a big fallacy" that people know each other's ring size without asking, and so he is wearing the ring now.
Why didn't he return it instead?
"I put it on. She has the other one that fits," he said.
