Jennifer Aniston, 42, landed the second spot and Italian model Monica Bellucci, 46, came third.
Pop princess Kylie Minogue, 42, and former Baywatch babe Pamela Anderson, 43, were fourth and fifth in the cable TV survey.
"You're never too old to be sexy," the Daily Star quoted Berry as saying.
