Los Angeles, March 18: Actress Jessica Alba is very careful about what food her children eat.
The 31-year-old is mother of two daughters -- Honor, four, and 19-month-old Haven -- and feels keeping everything balanced is a good option
"I try to give my kids whole foods and grains as much as humanly possible. They're little spazzes when they have too much refined sugar. But everything in moderation," People magazine quoted Alba as saying.
However, Alba, who is married to Cash Warren, feels too much precaution also does not make sense.
"I have friends who won't give their kids plastic toys, I'm like, 'You know what? I'm ok with Honor having Barbies'," she said.
