The upcoming season of one of the most anticipated series ‘Game of Thrones’ is four months away and the recently released teaser trailer of its seventh season has made the wait difficult for viewers. The promo titled ‘Long walk’ was released recently, it has become the talking topic owing to its huge popularity among masses.
The 90-second teaser featured famous characters of the show Cersei Lannister, Daenerys Targaryen and Jon Snow heading towards thrones and getting ready for upcoming conflicts. The promo was backed with British indie band James's 1989 hit ‘Sit Down’.
The makers of the show know how to make audience curious as now what people can do is wait for the show with bathed breath. The first episode of the season will be telecasted on July 16.
Earlier this month, the announcement about the premiere episode was made in a dramatic way through a Facebook Live video.
The fantasy drama made its debut in 2010 and became one of the popular shows. The show has also won 38 Emmy Awards, more than any scripted show. ‘Game of Thrones’ gained the worldwide popularity for some obvious reasons.
The previous seasons of the show had 10 episodes but this time people will only get to watch seven episodes as the creators David Benioff and D.B. Weiss had already informed about the same in the past. The series is based on novel of George R.R. Martin.
