Linkin Park singer Chester Bennington has apparently committed suicide at his Palos Verdes home in Los Angeles and celebrities are shocked over his demise. Many prominent faces of Hollywood have expressed sorrow over his death on social media. From Rihanna to Dwayne Johnson, many celebrities were heartbroken with the death of the singer. Chester was battling drug and alcohol issues. The lead singer of Linken Park sold many albums that were mixed of rock, hip-hop and rap.
According to TMZ, Bennington reportedly hanged himself at his Palos Verdes residence on Thursday. A representative later confirmed Bennington's death to Rolling Stone. "Shortly after 9 am this morning, we were notified by law enforcement of a death in Palos Verdes Estates," Brian Elias, chief of operations for the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner. "We responded to the scene and unfortunately confirmed that Mr Chester Bennington was deceased at the scene."? Elias added that the coroner's department is currently conducting a death investigation.
Chester Bennington is married and is survived by six children. His death has shocked the entire industry.
