Los Angeles: Television host Ellen DeGeneres is facing a lawsuit over a breast joke she recently made on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show".
A real-estate agent named Titi Pierce is suing the comedian and Warner Bros Entertainment for ridiculing her name during a recent segment the talk show, reports aceshowbiz.com.
According to the lawsuit, during a segment titled "What's Wrong With These Ads... and These Signs" airing on February 22 (and re-aired once more on April 15), DeGeneres mocked the real-estate signs and referred to her as "Titty Pierce."

DeGeneres made the mispronunciation right after showing a sign that read "Nipple Convalescent Home".
She told the audience, "Titty Pierce, sounds like she might have spent some time in that nipple home, I don't know".
The lawsuit reads:
"Prior to defendant's misdeeds, Pierce has been called only by her name 'Titi', which, as grammar dictates, is pronounced 'Tee Tee'. The show also didn't blur out her personal cell-phone number on the screen, leading to ridiculing and harassing phone calls and voice mail messages (while Titi) was in the midst of attending a family funeral out of state.
"As a direct and proximate result of the Defendant's conduct, Pierce has suffered stress, emotional distress, embarrassment, humiliation, anger and other mental pain and suffering."
Pierce is seeking unspecified monetary damages and is asking for the episode in question to no longer be allowed on air.
