Why Aishwarya Rai Bachchan isn't following husband Abhishek Bachchan on Instagram
Bollywood actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, who has steered clear of the digital space for all this while, finally forayed into social media recently. Ahead of her appearance at the prestigious Cannes Film festival 2018, the 44-year-old actress made her official Instagram debut. But, do you know that the Sarabjit actress is not follwing anyone on the photo sharing platform not even her husband Abhishek Bachchan or father-in-law Amitabh Bachchan.
Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has been active on Instagram, and has been posting photos, practically every day. And husband Abhishek Bachchan has been leaving cute comments on her pictures. Ash, at present, has 2.9 million followers. But why isn’t she following him on Instagram?
According to a BollywoodLife report, Aishwarya is currently sorting out her social media strategy. The reports also suggest that the actress wants to establish herself on the photo-sharing app and then shift her focus to whether or not she wants to follow anyone. Hence, we see Ash, only engaged in posting pictures on her social media handle. Hopefully, we will soon see Aishwarya being a pro in using this app, just like Mr Bachchan.
It is for this reason that Aishwarya has been sharing only pics from her personal album and that is too mainly of her cute daughter Aaradhya Bachchan.
The actress recently stated that she didn’t become part of many projects because she was sincere to schedules.
"I think I was very school girlish in my choices... I was very good at keeping with schedules,and because of that I kind of walked away from some very great films and opportunities... because I would be sincere to schedules. Now when I think back, I should have maybe been more fierce and aggressive with wanting the films and allowed the schedules to figure themselves out as I have see a lot of colleagues have worked over the years," Aishwarya told a group of media in a video interaction from Cannes.
On the professional front, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan will next be seen sharing the screen space with Rajkummar Rao and Anil Kapoor in Fanney Khan.
