Who is Shloka Mehta? All you need to know about Akash Ambani's fiancée and her unseen Insta pics

Names that kept glued our attention throughout March 25 was Akash Ambani and Shloka Mehta. Reliance Industries Ltd. Chairman Mukesh Ambani's elder son Akash proposed to his schoolmate Shloka, daughter of diamantaire Russell Mehta in Goa in a private ceremony.

The two families gathered at a plush five-star resort in Goa for a get-to-know-each-other. The formal engagement is scheduled to take place in July and the marriage will be held early December. If reports are to believed, the celebration may spread across 4-5 days at The Oberoi in Mumbai.

We all know enough about Ambani scion Akash, who is currently on the board of Reliance Jio. Akash, 25, is the eldest son of Nita and Mukesh Ambani, who after completing his schooling at Dhirubhai Ambani International School, went to Brown University, a private Ivy League institution based in Rhode Island for further studies. However, less is known about her fiancée Shloka.

Shloka is the youngest daughter of Mona and Russell Mehta, who run Rosy Blue Diamonds, one of the world's largest diamond trading companies. She studied along with Akash in Dhirubhai Ambani International School and then went to Princeton University for studying anthropology. She completed her Masters in Law from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
