Radhika Apte, who was last seen in the Akshay Kumar starrer PadMan, is known for her bold and upbeat character. The actress arrived at Neha Dhupia’s talk show ‘BFFs with Vogue’ with BFF Rajkummar Rao recently, and poured her heart out. During the chat show, Radhika revealed that she once slapped a popular Tamil actor. It is a known fact that Radhika has done films beyond the Hindi film industry including some interesting South ventures.
“It was my first day on the set and a famous South actor started to tickle my feet. I was stunned as we’d never met before and I instinctively slapped him”, Radhika Apte was quoted as saying in the talk show.
Hosted by Neha Dhupia, BFFs with Vogue S2 airs on Saturday on Colors Infinity. The forthcoming episode will feature Radhika Apte and Rajkummar Rao chatting over intriguing matters about the film industry.
Recently, Radhika Apte posted a picture of her Goa trip in which she was soaking some sun, wearing a bikini. While many dropped appreciative comments on her picture, trolls didn’t take any time to slut-shame her for going ‘against Indian culture”.
The fierce actress had an apt reply for the haters. “I didn't even know I was being trolled till someone told me. It's ridiculous! Do people expect me to wear a sari on a beach?", Radhika Apte said to DNA.
On the work front, Radhika Apte will be seen next in Netflix's first India-commissioned original series Sacred Games, which also stars Saif Ali Khan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui.
