Undoubtedly, Bollywood actress Radhika Apte is ruling the world of cinema with her dynamic acting skills and screen presence. She is definitely the busiest actress in the industry right now and there is no denying that not just the viewers but she is also loving the work she is doing these days. From films to Netflix, Radhika Apte is omnipresent.
Other than being the most fabulous actress, Radhika is known for her 'no nonsense' attitude and always speaks her mind. Just recently, the actress was on Anaita Shroff Adajania's chat show called 'Feet Up with the Stars' when she shared that her co-star Akshay Kumar teased her saying that he thinks she has a ‘National Award Face’. To that, she had then retorted saying, “You and Sonam have won them, I haven’t so why would you say that?”
Well, it obviously happened when the trio was shooting for the film Padman in which Radhika played the role of Akshay Kumar’s wife. The actress has won many accolades for her performances from everywhere, we are sure the National award is not very far.
Recently, Radhika attended a session at the India Today Mind Rocks 2018 and talked in length about the #MeToo movement. She said, "The main cause is power game. Be it religious, sexual or economical- it happens everywhere. Nobody wants to lose their power...This is a grey area. We need to have a good support system and come out of our fears. Well, not just women but men too are harassed in our industry."
On the work front, Radhika will be next seen in Ayushmann Khurrana and Tabu starrer AndhaDhun which will release on October 5.
