Impressing audience and critics alike, Raj Kumar Gupta's directorial minted over Rs 10 crore on its first day. Fans are not only impressed with Ajay Devgn's stellar performance but are also amazed to see 85-year-old debutant Pushpa Joshi.
Pushpa Joshi, who is making her Bollywood debut with Raid is playing the role of Saurabh Shukla's mother in the movie. Now, Pushpa Joshi has also taken the charge of promoting the film. Looking into the camera, she is praising the team and asking people to watch her maiden movie. Kajol took to Twitter to share the video and wrote, ''Here comes amma...you would want to take her home.''
Even earlier, Kajol expressed her fondness for Amma saying that she loved the character. Giving her review on Twitter, she wrote, ''My review of Raid:- Loved it. Laughed, clapped and wanted to take Amma home with me ! Yugs review:- I learnt about income tax!"
Raid is expected to do good business on weekends. Also, strong word of mouth is expected to boost its number.
