The lady is her own boss and loves to go bold and chic with her outfit, we have all seen her scintillating Cannes appearances in the past, right. This time for the screening of her just-released film Veere Di Wedding, Sonam decided to make heads turn yet again with her quirky pastel blue palazzo pants and ruffle top by Rahul Mishra, but Netizens rather found her outfit hideous.
Sonam’s outfit attracted a lot of trolls with people commenting hateful things for her Fashion choices. However, Sonam kept her outfit pretty chic with a halo braided bun and oversize nerdy glasses, but netizens were not going to be impressed by anything. While one user posted, “Fashion k nam par dhaabaaaaa hai ye,” another commented “Horrible” beneath Sonam’s picture. Another added, “Just for the sake of standing out, she wears anything...complete disaster.”
Another day when Sonam decided to make a statement wearing a saree at the screening of her brother Harshvardhan Kapoor’s film Bhavesh Joshi Superhero, she was again slammed for mixing up too many things. From calling her ‘hideous’, ‘major fail’ to ‘bad’, Sonam had to take in a lot of jibes about her fashionista title.
However, some were really impressed with her vogue and wrote, “Everything about this look, from the hair, to the glasses to the outfit... I love and would wear... Just pure on point - everything and extremely on trend.” But they were very few.
