Filmmaker Karan Johar and actress Twinkle Khanna are best friends and the director has many times confessed that Mrs Funnybones is the only female he has ever loved. Now, Karan has become the only Bollywood filmmaker to have his wax statue at Madame Tussauds. When the director tweeted the same, Twinkle was quick to respond. This is known to all that the lady is blessed with amazing sense of humour and her tweet will surely leave you in splits.
Twinkle took to micro-blogging site Twitter and wrote, “Congratulations - You are the first in so many ways or at least that’s how I feel when I look at you ! Big hug.”
Well, what is Twinkle trying to say? Only Karan knows it.
Earlier, the director in his tweet said, “Honoured to be the first filmmaker from India at the prestigious @MadameTussauds ...thank you to the entire team in London who worked tirelessly ...will have further details about when and where soon!!! #MadameTussauds #iifamadametusaauds.”
On the professional note, Karan has bankrolled Janhvi Kapoor and Ishaan Khatter starrer Dhadak. He has recently announced his new project Kalank that features Sonakshi Sinha, Aditya Roy Kapur, Alia Bhatt, Madhuri Dixit, Varun Dhawan and Sanjay Dutt in pivotal roles.
