Thanks to Stree character, Rajkummar Rao aces Anushka Sharma, Varun Dhawan’s Sui Dhaaga challenge, watch video

After Shah Rukh Khan, Alia Bhatt, Janhvi Kapoor and Ranbir Kapoor, Bollywood actor Rajkummar Rao has nailed the Sui Dhaaga challenge like a boss. The actor who was nominated by Anil Kapoor, found the task easy and credited his working experience as a tailor in his recently released film Stree.

As part of the challenge, they had to thread a needle as quick as possible. While Shah Rukh Khan (who somehow managed to make it a little funny) and Janhvi Kapoor won the challenge, another actor has taken on the Sui Dhaaga challenge and done well -- Rajkummar Rao.

After actor Anil Kapoor enlisted Rajkummar for the popular challenge, the Stree actor uploaded a video of him threading a needle with a few second to Twitter, on Tuesday. Watch it here:

Sui Dhaaga challenge has taken over the whole B-Town industry. For those who don't know about the challenge, Varun Sharma and Anushka Sharma kickstarted the idea and all you have to do is put the thread in a needle. Well, as simple as it sounds, it clearly isn't as the twist here is that you have to be as fast as possible and you can't take a lifetime for the task. There were some celebs who completely nailed it and well, some were a total dud.

Rajkummar is basking in the success of his last film Stree, which has already crossed the Rs 100 crore mark at box office.

Sui Dhaaga- Made In India, is all set to hit the theaters on September 28. The film backed by Maneesh Sharma and Yash Raj Films is inspired by Narendra Modi's Make in India campaign. Revolving around the lives of Mauji and Mamta, Sui Dhaaga- Made In India has become one of the most anticipated films of this year.
