Taapsee Pannu, Farhan Akhtar and other B-Town celebs urge Pakistan to send IAF pilot home
Bollywood celebrities on Wednesday called for peace and wished for the safe return of an Indian Air Force (IAF) pilot who is in Pakistan's custody. Pakistan said it had Wing Commander Varthaman Abhinandan in its custody. Pakistani military spokesperson Major General Asif Ghafoor claimed that two Indian Air Force (IAF) pilots were arrested. One pilot is injured and has been shifted to a hospital, while another one is unhurt, the spokesman added. The spokesman also showed items and documents recovered from the arrested pilots. Frahan Akhtar, Swara Bhasker, Taapsee Pannu and others tweeted to urge Pakistan to return the pilot back home.
