The entire nation and Bollywood has been engulfed in grief due to the sudden demise of the versatile actress Sridevi. Sridevi passed away on Saturday night in Dubai. Sridevi was in Dubai to attend the wedding ceremony of her nephew Mohit Marwah. The veteran actress was accompanied by her husband Boney Kapoor, younger daughter Khushi Kapoor and other members of the family. Sonam Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor Anil Kapoor, Shanaya Kapoor and others were also present there.
Sridevi’s untimely demise in the Dubai hotel room lead to a lot of suspense. As per the latest development in Sridevi’s death case there could be a further delay in the return of Sridevi's mortal remains with the Dubai police informing the Indian Embassy that another "clearance" was awaited before it could release the body of the actor, who according to the government there, died of accidental drowning in her hotel bath tub after losing consciousness.
Bollywood actress Katrina Kaif, Sara Ali Khan were spotted outside Anil Kapoor's residence.
Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar also arrived at Anil Kapoor's house with wife Twinkle Khanna to pay condolences.
Meanwhile, Bollywood celebs including Shan Rukh Khan with wife Gauri Khan, Rajinikanth, Janhvi Kapoor’s Dhadak co-star Ishaan Khatter and others visited Anil Kapoor’s residence to console the family.
