Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja's pictures
Putting an end to month-long speculations, it has been made official that Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja are getting married on May 8. Bollywood fashionista Sonam never opened up on her relationship with Anand but their lovely pictures said the unsaid. Though they remained tight-lipped on their love, the couple never refrained from sharing cute selfies and photos.
There are several things that are common in the duo, like their love for fashion and travel. Anand, who owns a clothing brand Bhane and co-owns India's first sneaker store, Veg Non Veg has a taste for fashion, just like his girlfriend.
It all began in 2015 when the duo started featuring on each other's Instagram posts. While Sonam shared fewer posts of him, her appearance rate on Anand's Instagram photos was higher. Their relationship began hitting headlines when the duo was spotted at Akshay Kumar's party for Will Smith. Anand shared a picture from the bash and it managed to grab eyeballs.
The couple gradually started going on vacations together. Exploring places became their favourite thing, with the duo taking their first trip to the UK. Sonam and Anand also had trips to the US and later on to Paris, where the couple rang in New Year together.
Sonam and Anand unofficially confirmed their relationship when Anand accompanied Sonam and her father Anil Kapoor to the 64th National Awards in New Delhi, where the actress got Special Mention for Neerja.
Anand, through his Instagram posts, has made it obvious many times that the PadMan actress holds a special place in his life. Sharing a photograph of elated Sonam, Anand wrote, ''my fave!''.
Anand was also spotted at Sonam's mother Sunita Kapoor' s birthday bash in London. He even attended the actress' cousin Akshay Marwah's roka ceremony in London.
On the professional front, Sonam, who last appeared in PadMan will next be seen in Veere Di Wedding.
