Sonali Bendre’s sister-in-law Shristi Behl Arya reveals she’s staying strong with her cancer battle
Sonali Bendre, who was diagnosed with a high-grade cancer earlier this month, is in New York to get medical treatment. The health updates about her conditions are being shared by her sister-in-law Shrishti Behl Arya. Recently, speaking to a leading entertainment portal, Shrishti told that Sonali is staying strong in her cancer treatment. She is currently in the Big Apple with her family including husband Goldie Behl and son Ranveer, who recently shared a happy picture of himself on his Instagram account.

Earlier this month, Sonali Bendre shared an adorable picture of herself with son Ranveer, writing at lengths how her 12-year-old is the source of her strength and positivity.
In a heart-melting post, Sonali revealed that despite his young age, Ranveer handled the news of her mother’s cancer very maturely. She wrote, “I believe that it's imperative to keep kids involved in a situation like this. They are a lot more resilient than we give them credit for. In our effort to protect them from the pain and realities of life, we might end up doing the opposite."
Sonali Bendre has been posting accounts of her health and keeps her fans updated about her condition on the social media. She revealed she’s been diagnosed with metastatic cancer in the first week of July. Few weeks later, she shared the video of herself getting a haircut.
Sharing the news about her cancer, she wrote, “I am currently undergoing a course of treatment in New York. We remain optimistic and I am determined to fight every step of the way. What has helped has been the immense outpouring of love and support I've received over the past few days, for which I am very grateful."
Sonali Bendre was judging the reality show India’s Best Dramebaaz when she was diagnosed with cancer. She had to leave the show mid-way as she flew to the US to get herself treated.
